Yes. Fourteen days, no credit card. Your trial runs on the Solo plan at that plan's own allowances rather than an unlimited demo, so nothing you set up is taken away when you pick a plan. If you do nothing at the end of it, nothing is charged — the clinic simply turns read-only with everything still in it.

Two months free on your first year, on every plan. Your first annual invoice is discounted by two months — Solo is ₱5,000 instead of ₱6,000, Growth ₱9,900 instead of ₱11,880. Two of them come off your first annual invoice, and two more are for being a founding clinic — the first 15 clinics. They stack rather than replace each other, so a founding annual subscriber gets 14 months of service for ten months' money — on Growth that is ₱9,900 instead of the ₱13,860 fourteen months would cost monthly. If you would rather pay monthly, the two founding months still apply — you just do not get the annual pair as well.

Per clinic, never per seat. From Growth up, every plan includes unlimited dentist accounts, unlimited staff accounts and unlimited patient records — adding a receptionist or an associate dentist does not add a subscription. Solo is the entry plan and the one exception: one dentist account with unlimited dentist profiles, unlimited staff, and up to 1,200 patient records.

A second dentist who needs their own login is the usual one — that is what moves a practice from Solo to Growth. Storage is the other, and a storage block is often the cheaper fix. Branches never force an upgrade: every plan includes one and sells the rest at ₱390 a month. No clinical module is withheld from Solo.

Yes, in either direction, and you do it yourself. An upgrade is invoiced for the prorated difference and takes effect when you pay it — nothing is charged on the spot, and your billing date does not move. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

It stays yours, and nothing is deleted. You keep full access for a week, then the clinic turns read-only — you can still sign in, read everything, export it and pay. Nothing switches off after that, and you are never locked out of your patient records over an unpaid invoice.

Payments are handled by PayMongo, a Philippine payment provider. Your card or e-wallet details go straight to PayMongo and are never stored by us.

Nothing is charged automatically. We email your invoice about a week before the period starts with a payment link attached, and you pay it when you are ready; the link stays good for 30 days.
