Add as many branches as you need, on any plan — there is no branch limit and no tier you have to move up to. Each is ₱390 a month, paid up front for the rest of the period. Remove an unused branch any time; once it holds records it stays on your plan.
We warn you before you run out of storage, and uploads stop once you reach your limit rather than quietly becoming an overage charge. A storage block raises it immediately — an X-ray you cannot attach is not an acceptable way to learn about a limit, so we tell you well before it.
Monthly SMS blocks refill every month, on annual plans too, and unused credits do not carry over. One-time top-ups are for the month you did not plan for: they end at the end of the SMS month after the one you paid in, and you can buy up to three a month.
How payment and delivery work
DentaCloudPH is a digital subscription. Your account is what you are buying, and it is activated the moment your payment is confirmed — there is nothing to ship and nothing to wait for.
How you pay
Payments are processed by our payment provider PayMongo. Prices are in Philippine Pesos, we never see or store your full card number, and no VAT is added — AscenderTek is non-VAT registered, so the published price is what you pay.
Nothing is ever charged to you automatically. We email your invoice about a week before each period starts, with a payment link that stays valid for 30 days, and you pay it when you are ready. The link shows the payment methods available to you when you open it.
What you receive
Your plan activates immediately on payment. We email you an activation or renewal confirmation naming the plan, the amount and your next billing date, plus an acknowledgement receipt for every successful payment.
Your record of it
Every charge appears permanently under Subscription → Billing History in the app — date, plan, amount paid, payment method and status. That is a billing statement rather than a BIR-registered sales invoice. A BIR Sales Invoice is available on request and issued within 3 business days — email billing@dentacloudph.com with your registered business name, TIN, registered address and the receipt reference.
You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds — including when we refund in full, and how to request one — are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. The Subscriber Agreement governs the subscription itself.
Asked before every signup
Is there really a free trial?
Yes. Fourteen days, no credit card. Your trial runs on the Solo plan at that plan's own allowances rather than an unlimited demo, so nothing you set up is taken away when you pick a plan. If you do nothing at the end of it, nothing is charged — the clinic simply turns read-only with everything still in it.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Two months free on your first year, on every plan. Your first annual invoice is discounted by two months — Solo is ₱5,000 instead of ₱6,000, Growth ₱9,900 instead of ₱11,880. Renewals are the full annual price.
Do you charge per dentist or per user?
Per clinic, never per seat. From Growth up, every plan includes unlimited dentist accounts, unlimited staff accounts and unlimited patient records — adding a receptionist or an associate dentist does not add a subscription. Solo is the entry plan and the one exception: one dentist account with unlimited dentist profiles, unlimited staff, and up to 1,200 patient records.
What forces an upgrade?
A second dentist who needs their own login is the usual one — that is what moves a practice from Solo to Growth. Storage is the other, and a storage block is often the cheaper fix. Branches never force an upgrade: every plan includes one and sells the rest at ₱390 a month. No clinical module is withheld from Solo.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction, and you do it yourself. An upgrade is invoiced for the prorated difference and takes effect when you pay it — nothing is charged on the spot, and your billing date does not move. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays yours, and nothing is deleted. You keep full access for a week, then the clinic turns read-only — you can still sign in, read everything, export it and pay. Nothing switches off after that, and you are never locked out of your patient records over an unpaid invoice.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by PayMongo, a Philippine payment provider. Your card or e-wallet details go straight to PayMongo and are never stored by us.
Nothing is charged automatically. We email your invoice about a week before the period starts with a payment link attached, and you pay it when you are ready; the link stays good for 30 days.
The link shows the payment methods available to you when you open it, so there are no surprises at checkout.
What if I only have one dentist and 40 patients?
Solo is built for exactly that, at ₱500 a month. You are not too small — you are the practice that benefits most from stopping the notebook habit before it becomes a five-year backlog.
