Can DentaCloudPH collect payments online?
Not today. You record payments — cash, transfer, partial, split — and the clinic collects them the way it already does. Online collection is not part of the product, and we would rather tell you now than at a demo.
Is VAT added to the price?
No. AscenderTek Solutions is non-VAT registered, so the published price is the full amount payable and no VAT is added on top.
Can we see which balances are oldest?
Yes. Outstanding balances are aged, so you can see what has been sitting the longest instead of discovering it at the end of the year.
