Every plan includes a monthly allowance — 50 credits on Solo, 200 on Growth and Network. If you send more than that, you buy credits in blocks; bought credits do not expire.

Yes. Each branch has its own calendar and queue, and the owner sees every branch in one dashboard on the Network plan.
