Is the chart interactive, or just a form?

Does DentaCloudPH include periodontal charting?
Yes. Full periodontal charting is part of the dental chart, not a separate module or a paid add-on: probing depths and attachment loss site by site, bleeding and plaque percentages, comparison against the previous exam, and a care plan with a maintenance interval. The stage and grade it proposes can be overridden by the dentist, and the reason for the override is kept.
Can patients fill in their medical history before arriving?
Yes. Patient forms and screening can be completed ahead of the visit, so the front desk is not re-typing a health declaration while someone waits.
Does DentaCloudPH do 3D scans or DICOM X-rays?
No. DentaCloudPH stores clinical photos and documents on the patient record, but it is not an imaging viewer — there is no DICOM or 3D scan support today, and we would rather say so than let you find out at a demo.
