Appointments & online booking
A shared calendar, a Today's Queue for the front desk, and a public booking link plus QR code so patients book themselves — even at 11pm, even on a Sunday.
Today's schedule, every patient chart, who owes what, and each dentist's commission — open on your phone, wherever you are. The notebook at the front desk cannot do that, and after twenty years it is still the only copy you have.
Trusted by dental clinics across the Philippines
Most Philippine clinics do not lose money to bad dentistry. They lose it to a no-show nobody called, a balance nobody chased, and a commission nobody could compute without a Sunday afternoon and a calculator.
If you recognised your own week in the left-hand column, that is the whole reason DentaCloud exists.
A real clinic day in DentaCloudPH — the dashboard, the calendar and Today's Queue, a patient record, the dental chart, and where the month's money went. Recorded in the running app on a seeded demo clinic.
Not a generic clinic system with a tooth icon bolted on. Every screen was designed against real Philippine dental workflows.
A shared calendar, a Today's Queue for the front desk, and a public booking link plus QR code so patients book themselves — even at 11pm, even on a Sunday.
Click a tooth, log the finding, plan the treatment. The full history stays attached to the patient, not to a folder.
Post income against the procedure, track partial payments, and see every outstanding balance aged — before it becomes a bad debt.
The single most painful spreadsheet in a Philippine clinic. DentaCloud computes each dentist's share as income is posted, and prints an accomplishment statement they can actually check — so cut-off stops being an argument.
Know you are down to five composite resins before the patient is already in the chair.
Run as many branches as you need — every plan includes one and adds more at ₱390 a month, each with its own schedule and staff. Seeing them consolidated into one set of numbers is on Network.
Installs like an app, built for one-handed use in the operatory. Check tomorrow's list from the car.
Signing up is a short guided form — the same four steps you will see in the app. Nothing to install, nothing to configure, no card at any point.
Tell us you are a dental clinic. Or sign in with Google and skip most of the typing entirely.
Clinic name, address and your first branch — pinned on a map so your online booking link works from day one.
Your name and contact details, so the account is yours and not a shared login nobody owns.
Set a password and you are in. Your 14-day trial starts immediately, on the Solo plan.
Every plan includes the 14-day trial, all future updates and support in English and Filipino. No setup fee, no lock-in contract.

[CONFIRM] Real quote needed — do not publish placeholder testimonials. Ask a trial clinic for two sentences on what changed in their first month, and get written permission to use their name and clinic.
[CONFIRM] Best second quote to chase is about commissions or no-shows — those are the two numbers a clinic owner can feel immediately.
[CONFIRM] A third from a multi-branch clinic would round the set out, since that is the upgrade you most want to trigger.
Do not publish this section as-is. Fabricated testimonials are both a legal risk and the fastest way to lose a dentist's trust. Leave the section out of the live page until you have three real, permissioned quotes.
Clinic data is the most sensitive thing you hold. DentaCloud is built so that staying compliant is the default, not a project.
Built around RA 10173, the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
TLS in transit, encryption at rest, automatic nightly backups.
Who changed what, and when — on every patient record.
Help from people in your timezone who know how a PH clinic runs.
Because paper only fails in ways you cannot see. A no-show nobody called, a balance that quietly aged past collecting, a commission argument at cut-off — none of those show up as a problem, they show up as a slightly smaller month. The clinics that switch are usually not the ones in trouble. They are the ones who wanted to know what the numbers actually were.
You do not have to abandon anything on day one. Most clinics run DentaCloud alongside the notebook for a few weeks and stop using the notebook when they stop reaching for it.
The front desk sees a list of today's appointments and a button to book the next one — that is the whole job. Every screen is in plain English, works on the phone they already own, and we set the clinic up with you on a call rather than emailing you a manual. Support answers in English and Filipino, in your timezone.
No. Start with the patients you are actually seeing this month — the chart fills itself in as you work. If you do want your history in, we import it from a spreadsheet and walk you through it on a call at no charge.
Yes. Fourteen days, no credit card. Your trial runs on the Solo plan at its own allowances, so what you try is what you would pay for — there is no unlimited demo that shrinks the day you start paying. If you do nothing at the end of it, nothing is charged.
The signup form is four short steps and takes a few minutes. Adding your dentists, procedures and price list is the part that takes real time — budget an afternoon if you want to start clean, or import your existing patient list and start from where you are.
Yes. DentaCloud has a patient import, and we will walk you through it on a call — that is included, not billed.
It stays yours. You can export your records at any time, including on the way out. We do not hold clinic data hostage.
Per clinic, never per seat. Every paid plan includes unlimited dentist accounts, unlimited staff accounts and unlimited patient records. Plans differ by branches, storage and SMS credits — not by how many people use them. You are not billed a new subscription for each person.
Payments are handled by PayMongo, a Philippine payment provider, so your card or e-wallet details go straight to them and are never stored by us. Card and Maya can renew automatically; GCash and online banking are one-time payments. We will confirm the exact options with you before your first bill.
Yes, in either direction. Upgrading takes effect immediately and billing adjusts from your next cycle.
Two of them come off your first annual invoice, and two more are for being a founding clinic — the first 15 clinics. They stack, so a first-year annual subscriber uses DentaCloudPH for 14 months on ten months’ money. On Growth that is ₱9,900 instead of the ₱13,860 fourteen months would cost monthly. Renewals are the full annual price. Paying monthly instead still gets you the two founding months.
Yes — it installs to your home screen like an app and is designed for one-handed use, because clinic staff are rarely sitting at a desk when they need it.
We are taking a limited number of clinics first so we can set each one up properly. Founding places are capped at 15, and every one of them gets 14 months for the price of 10.
